高等教育视域下杜威劳动教育理论的实践与探索

摘要
高等教育机构作为孕育卓越人才的关键场域,在学生的综合素质塑造过程中,劳动教育起到了不可或缺的作用.然而,在当前新时代背景下,高校劳动教育体系展现出若干待完善之处.因此,高等教育阶段的劳动教育深化与进步需紧跟时代步伐,对"劳动教育"的概念进行更加明确和精准的界定,以便更有效地凸显其在高等学府中的核心地位,提高劳动教育的教学质量,以及培育能够适应新时代要求的高素质人才.为此,聚焦于高校环境下的劳动教育,旨在探讨杜威劳动教育理念与马克思主义劳动教育观念间的异同.研究发现,杜威的劳动教育理念植根于经验自然主义的哲学基础之上,将劳动视为经验的丰富来源,以此解构传统教育中的理论与实践的二元对立,实现个体精神与身体活动的统一,并借此为建构民主社会和谐统一的社会成员性情提供理论基础.
Abstract
As crucial domains for nurturing outstanding talents,higher education institutions play an indispensable role in the comprehensive quality development of students.However,un-der the context of the current new era,the labor education system in universities reveals several areas for improvement.Addressing this issue,this study posits that the deepening and advance-ment of labor education at the higher education level must keep pace with the times,offering a clearer and more precise definition of"labor education"to more effectively highlight its core posi-tion in higher education institutions,enhance the quality of labor education,and cultivate high-quality talents capable of meeting the demands of the new era.This paper focuses on labor educa-tion in university settings,aiming to explore the similarities and differences between Dewey's labor education philosophy and the Marxist view of labor education.The study finds that Dewey's concept of labor education is rooted in the philosophical foundation of experiential naturalism,viewing labor as a rich source of experience.This perspective deconstructs the traditional dichot-omy between theory and practice in education,achieving a unity of individual spirit and physical activity,and thus providing a theoretical basis for constructing the harmonious unity of members of a democratic society.
