高职院校工会服务教职工的现状及对策探讨

摘要
高职院校工会是高校的群众性组织,是高职院校联系党政部门和群众之间的纽带和桥梁.工会的主要职责是依法依规保护教职工的合法权益,增强学校内部凝聚力,提升学校总体工作质量,构建和谐校园.然而,从目前实际情况来看,高职院校工会服务工作还存在诸多问题.为此,提出高校工会应完善各项服务职能、民主监督机制、各类帮扶机制,加强教职工职业道德建设,充分调动教职工的积极性,为学校的可持续发展、为教师的职业成长做好积极而有效的服务.
Abstract
The trade union in vocational colleges is a mass organization in colleges and universi-ties,serving as a link and bridge between vocational colleges,party and government depart-ments,and the masses.The main responsibilities of the trade union are to protect the legitimate rights and interests of faculty members in accordance with laws and regulations,enhance internal cohesion within the school,improve the overall quality of school work,and build a harmonious campus.However,judging from the current actual situation,there are still many problems in the service work of the trade union in vocational colleges.Therefore,it is proposed that the trade union in colleges should improve various service functions,democratic supervision mechanisms,various assistance mechanisms,strengthen the construction of professional ethics among faculty members,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of faculty members,and provide positive and effective services for the sustainable development of the school and the professional growth of teachers.
