财务工作视角下高职院校新时代师德师风建设现状研究

摘要
高等职业院校作为职业类教育的重要载体,承担着师德师风建设的重要任务,同时也因其自身的特殊性,在师德师风建设方面有其独特的应当关注的要点.财务工作作为院校治理中基础而重要的一环,是学校经济活动的管理者和主要参与者.从财务工作的视角,梳理了高职院校当下在师德师风建设中存在的一些问题,并从财务管理工作出发,提出了高职院校在师德师风建设中可采取的有效措施,以管控师德师风问题隐患,助力学校师德师风建设与发展.
Abstract
As an important carrier of vocational education,higher vocational colleges undertake the im-portant task of building teacher ethics and style.At the same time,due to their own particularity,they have unique key points that should be paid attention to in the construction of teacher ethics and style.Fi-nancial work,as a fundamental and important part of university governance,is the manager and main participant in the school's economic activities.From the perspective of financial work,this paper sorts out some problems that exist in the construction of teacher ethics and style in vocational colleges at pres-ent;Starting from financial management work,effective measures that vocational colleges can take in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct are proposed to control potential problems in teacher ethics and professional conduct,and to assist in the construction and development of school teacher ethics and professional conduct.
