摘要
随着职业教育国际化的不断推进,高职院校外事人员在国际合作中逐步彰显其重要的桥梁作用,外事工作也成为学校意识形态安全的重要阵地.研究聚焦新时代高职院校外事人员意识形态素养提升,发现提升其意识形态素养对于维护国家形象与安全、推动学校国际化发展、引导学生树立正确价值观以及拓宽个入职业发展都具有重要意义.然而,目前高职院校外事人员在理论提升意识、多元价值包容、国际形势认知、跨文化交流和新媒体技术等方面仍面临挑战.基于以上分析,本研究提出相应提升策略,旨在全面提升新时代高职院校外事人员的意识形态素养.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the internationalization of vocational education,foreign affairs personnel in higher vocational colleges have gradually played an important bridging role in interna-tional cooperation,and foreign affairs work has also become an important position for the ideological and political security of the institutions.Focusing on the enhancement of ideological and political literacy a-mong foreign affairs personnel in higher vocational colleges in the new era,the research has found that improving their ideological and political literacy is of great significance for safeguarding national image and security,promoting the internationalization of higher vocational colleges,guiding students to estab-lish correct values,and broadening personal career development.However,at present,foreign affairs personnel in higher vocational colleges still face challenges in areas such as theoretical awareness,inclu-siveness of diverse values,cognition of international situations,cross-cultural communication,and new media technologies.Based on the above analysis,the research proposes corresponding improvement strategies,aiming to comprehensively enhance the ideological and political literacy of foreign affairs per-sonnel in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
