Differences and Discriminant Analysis of the Contents of 43 Inorganic Elements in Bungarusparvus and Zaocys
Samples were treated with microwave digestion. The contents of 43 inorganic elements in snakes were de-termined by ICP-MS and ICP.The inorganic element content data of Zaocys,Zaocys broiled by wine,Bungaruspar-vus and Bungarusparvus stirred-fried with wine were statistically analyzeed by principal component analysis,orthogo-nal partial least squares discriminant analysis, and linear discriminant analysis..The results showed that the relative content trends of 16 elements,Li,Cr,Mn,Ni,Zr,Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,and Tm,were consistent in the four snake samples.Among the these samples, the contents of Cu and Ti were high while the content of Zn was low in Zaocys. The contents of V,As,Mo,Cd,Sb,Co,Sr,and Ba were high in Zaocys broiled by wine. The content of Lu was high in Bungarusparvus, while the contents of Ga,Fe and Al were high in Bungarusparvus stirred-fried with wine.Different snake samples have unique inorganic element contents. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the five principal components extracted by principal component analysis is 84.38%.the principal component analysis and OPLS-DA can completely distinguish between Zaocys and Bungarusparvus. The linear discriminant model has a 100%accuracy rate for distinguishing Zaocys,Zaocys broiled by wine,Bungarusparvus and Bungarus-parvus stirred-fried with wine. The experimental results show that the discriminant model based on the content of in-organic elements in snake samples can effectively identify Zaocys,Zaocys broiled by wine,Bungarusparvus and Bun-garusparvus stirred-fried with wine, and provide basic data and technical support for the authenticity and classifica-tion of snakes.
