目的 探测藏药领域的研究热点和科学前沿,为该领域的后续研究提供参考.方法 以CNKI和Web of scienec 数据库为检索对象,借助CiteSpace软件,选取发表于2003年至2023年间的文献进行可视化分析.结果 近20年藏药研究相关文献呈快速增长趋势,藏药研究主要聚焦在化学成分、含量测定、鉴定、质量标准、临床疗效/效果、作用机制等方面.近年来藏药研究的科学前沿主要集中在临床疗效及效果内容的研究和以网络药理学、分子对接、肠道菌群等方法的药物作用机制的研究.结论 该研究通过对藏药研究领域知识结构的可视化分析,揭示了藏药研究热点、科学前沿,可为相关研究的开展提供参考与思路.
Objective To explore research hotspots and scientific frontiers in the field of Tibetan medicine,and to provide reference for follow-up research in this field.Methods Using CNKI and Web of science databases as the search objects,the literature published between 2003 and 2023 was selected for visual analysis with the help of CiteSpace software.Results In the past 20 years,the literature related to Tibetan medicine research has shown a rap-id growth trend,and the research on Tibetan medicine mainly focuses on chemical composition,content determina-tion,identification,quality standards,clinical efficacy/effect,and mechanism of action,etc.In recent years,the scien-tific frontiers of Tibetan medicine research have mainly focused on the study of clinical efficacy and effect content,and the study of the mechanism of action of drugs by means of network pharmacology,molecular docking,and intes-tinal flora.Conclusion Through the visual analysis of the knowledge structure in the field of Tibetan medicine re-search,this study reveals thehotspots and scientific frontiers of Tibetan medicine,which can provide reference and ideas for the development of related research.
