巨菌草在西藏的引种示范及应用评价

为加快推进日喀则草地畜牧业高质量发展,逐步解决草畜矛盾突出问题,减轻天然草原压力,开展巨菌草引种试验.试验在均匀一致的试验地内划分出4个28m×18m小区开展重复实验,采取记录巨菌草在日喀则市南木林县的生育期和越冬情况,测定2次刈割的巨菌草株高、叶宽等生长性状以及鲜草产量、干草产量等产量性状.结果表明:(1)引种的巨菌草在第一次刈割的平均高度为102.00cm,显著低于第二次刈割的平均高度105.75cm.第一次刈割时叶宽值为3.65cm,第二次刈割时为3.53cm,二者差异不显著.(2)巨菌草在两次刈割之后的干草总产量为4922.69 kg·hm-2,其中第一次刈割2530.35 kg·hm-2,第二次刈割2392.34 kg·hm-2.(3)巨菌草在日喀则南木林县的越冬率为0,无法过冬,成为推广的技术瓶颈,需进一步开展系统性栽培试验.
Demonstration of the introduction and application evaluation of Pennisetum gigan-teum in Xizang
In order to accelerate the high-quality development of grassland animal husbandry in Shigatse,gradually solve the outstanding problems of grass-livestock contradictions,and reduce the pressure on natural grasslands,the introduction experiment of Pennisetum giganteum was carried out..In the experiment,four 28m×28m plots were di-vided in the uniform test plot to carry out repeated experiments,and the growth traits such as plant height and leaf width and the yield traits such as fresh grass yield and hay yield of of P.giganteum were measured after two mowings by recording the growth period and overwintering conditions of P.giganteum in Nanmulin County,Shigatse City.The results showed that:(1)The average height of the introduced P.giganteum in the first mowing was 102.00 cm,which was significantly lower than that of the second mowing(105.75 cm).The leaf width was 3.65cm at the first mowing and 3.53cm at the second mowing,and there was no significant difference between the two.(2)The total hay yield of the P.giganteum after two mowings was 4922.69 kg·hm-2,of which 2530.35 kg·hm-2 was mowed for the first time and 2392.34 kg·hm-2 for the second mowing.(3)The overwintering rate of P.giganteum was zero,which could not survive the winter in Nanmulin County,Shigatse.This became a technical bottleneck for promotion,and further sys-tematic cultivation experiments were needed.
