目的 修订提高藏药高原毛茛药材的质量标准,为高原毛茛的质量控制提供科学可靠的评价依据.方法 对15批不同来源的高原毛茛药材进行性状、显微和薄层鉴别、水分、灰分和酸不溶性灰分检查、浸出物和化学成分初步分析.其中本试验中以槲皮素作为高原毛茛药材薄层鉴别的对照品.结果 高原毛茛药材显微特征明显;检测15批高原毛茛药材,样品薄层色谱图与槲皮素对照品色谱图一致,显相同颜色的荧光斑点;高原毛茛药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和醇溶性浸出物范围分别为 8.18%~11.01%、5.6~7.8%、0.69~1.20%、35.02%~39.04%;开展了本品种化学成分的初步分析研究,15批次样品均检出与槲皮素对照品和山柰素对照品保留时间相同的峰.结论 本研究首次全面考察高原毛茛的各项质控指标,能有效评价高原毛茛的质量,为高原毛茛的质量控制提供参考.
Study on the Quality Standard of Tibetan Medicine Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.
Objective To revise and improve the quality standards of Tibetan Medicine Ranunculus tanguticus(Max-im.)Ovcz.to provide a scientific and reliable evaluation basis for the quality control of Ranunculus tanguticus(Max-im.)Ovcz..Methods Fifteen batches of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.from different sources were subject-ed to character,microscopic,and thin layer identification,moisture,ash,and acid insoluble ash examinaiton,and pre-liminary analysis of leachables and chemical compositions.In this experiment,quercetin was used as a reference for the identificaiton of thin layers of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz..Results The microscopic characteristics of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.were obvious.Fifteen batches of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.were tested,and the thin-layer chromatograms of the samples were consistent with the chromatograms of the querce-tin reference substance,showing fluorescent spots of the same color.The moisture,total ash,acid-intolerant ash,and alcohol-soluble extracts of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.ranged from 8.18%~11.01%,5.6%~7.8%,0.69%~1.20%and 35.02%~39.04%,respectively.The preliminary analysis of the chemical composition of this variety was carried out,and the peaks with the same retention time as the quercetin control and kaempferide control were detected in the 15 batches of samples.Conclusion This study is the first time to comprehensively investigate the quality con-trol indexes of Ranunculus tanguticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.,which can effectively evaluate the quality of Ranunculus tang-uticus(Maxim.)Ovcz.and provide a reference for the quality control of the medicinal material.
