Investigation and Analysis of Traditional Chinese(Tibetan)Medicine Resources in Shuanghu County,Xizang Autonomous Region
TObjective Through the field survey of the existing Chinese(Tibetan)medicine resources in Shuanghu county,the family background of medicinal plant resources in the county is clarified,and scientific guidance is pro-vided for the protection and rational development and utilization of the medicinal plant resources in the county.Meth-ods Guided by the Technical Specifications for the National Census of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources,the existing Chinese(Tibetan)medicine resources in Shuanghu county were clarified through field plot investigation,specimen collection and production,census data collation and visit survey,and the survey results were classified and analyzed.Results A total of 36 sample plots,180 quadrat sets and 1080 quadrats were surveyed in Shuanghu county,and a total of 179 species of medicinal plants were collected,belonging to 97 genera of 35 families,including 173 species of herbs,6 species of shrubs,Compositae and Fabaceae as the dominant families,and Saussurea and Potentil-la as the dominant genera.The medicinal parts are mainly whole herbs,accounting for 52%.The main medicinal ef-fects are divided into 14 categories,including heat-clearing,anti-inflammatory,cough suppressant,analgesic and oste-opathy,among which heat-clearing medicinal plants are the most.Among the collected medicinal plants,there are one national key variety,65 commonly used Tibetan medicinal plant varieties,and 10 national key protected,rare and en-dangered plants.Conclusion It is suggested that Shuanghu county should focus on ecological restoration and carry out scientific and reasonable protection of resources.
