Species diversity survey of macrofungi in Lhasa and two newly-recorded species of Melanoleuca in China
In this study, the diversity of macrofungal species in Lhasa was investigated.A total of 209 macrofun-gal specimens were collected and 157 species were identified, including 155 species of Basidiomycetes and 2 spe-cies of Ascomycetes. The statistics showed that the largest number of species were in the families Globular Agari-caceae and the Inocybaceae of the phylum Basidiomycetes, including six species of edible and medicinal mush-rooms and four species of poisonous mushrooms.According to the comparison with Redlist of China's Biodiver-sity,34 species of Least Concernd and 27 species with Data Deficient were obtained in this survey, and the rest of other species have not been reported. At the same time, two new Chinese record species of the genus Melano-leuca,named as Melanoleuca ammophila(newly proposed in this paper)and Melanoleuca galbuserae(newly pro-posed in this paper)were discovered in this study, and their morphology and molecular systematics were ana-lyzed.The results of this study showed that macrofungi in Lhasa area have rich species diversity and develop-ment space.
