Differential analysis of crude fiber content and absorption characteristics of five me-dium and trace elements of Allium przewalskianum Regel under different light quality
To clarify the demand characteristics of medium and trace elements and the variation of crude fiber(CF)content of Allium przewalskianum Regel under different light quality,6-month-old seedlings were transplanted in a substrate with exogenous application of medium and trace elements, treated with red light(R),blue light(B),red blue light 1:1(R1B1),red blue light 13:2(R13B2),white light(W),and sunlight(CK)for 6 months. The results showed that compared with natural light(CK),red light had a significant effect on the uptake of Fe,Zn,Ca and Se in the un-derground stems and leaves of A.przewalskianum.Blue light and white light inhibited Fe,B,Zn,Ca,and Se absorp-tion in underground stems and leaves. The red-blue ratio light promoted the absorption of B,Zn,and Se in under-ground stems to different degrees, and significantly promoted the absorption of Fe,B,and Zn in leaves. Both blue light and white light could promote the increase of CF content. The red-blue ratio light could reduce CF content, while red light could reduce the Cfcontent of underground stems, but could increase the CF content of leaves. In sum-mary,light quality could affect the absorption and distribution of the five medium and trace elements,Fe,B,Zn,Ca,and Se,as well as the CF content of A.przewalskianum.In course of cultivation, the content of medium and trace ele-ments and CF in its underground stems and leaves could be changed by adjusting light quality.
