Clinical Effect of Tibetan medicine Sanwei Ganlu Wan,Xisi San and Zhudi Wan in the treatment of reflux esophagitis
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tibetan medicine Sanwei Ganlu Wan,Xisi San and Zhudi Wan in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 192 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted from March 2020 to March 2022 were divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tibetan medicine for a course of treatment for 20 days.The overall efficacy,symptom score,esophageal muco-sal grading,adverse reactions were compared,and a 6-month follow-up was carried out to investigate the recurrence of reflux esophagitis.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88％,higher than that in the control group(89.58％,P<0.05).After one course of treatment,belching reflux,heartburn,retrosternal pain and discomfort,and endoscopic esophageal mucosal grading scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the corresponding scores of 1.14±0.71,0.51±0.50,0.74±0.44 and 0.96±0.48 in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group(1.33±0.64,0.84±0.37,1.02±0.41,and 1.10±0.51)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.04％in observation group and 2.08％in the control group,with no difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the disease was 6.25％in observation group and 16.67％in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The commonly used Tibetan medicine have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which can improve the local congestion and related symptoms and signs,reduce disease recur-rence,and have good safety.
