Effects of different culture substrates on transplanting and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings
To investigate the effects of different culture substrate on the growth and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings.Taking Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings and seeds as experimental ma-terials,eight different culture substrates ratio schemes(T1~T8)were designed for tissue culture seedling transplant-ing experiments and seed germination experiments by using natural soil, sand, culture soil,Kanuma soil, organic fer-tilizer and peat soil as cultivation substrates. The growth indexes and seed germination rate of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings were measured, and the growth and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings under treatment of different mixed culture substrates were discussed. The experiment results showed that the T5 treatment group(1kg/part natural soil+1kg/part sand+1kg/part Kanuma soil+1kg/part peat soil)had the best effect on the growth of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings, with a survival rate of 86.67%,plant height of 13.67cm,the root length of 3.78cm,and the tuberous root diameter of 2.04cm;and the T5 treatment group(1kg/part nat-ural soil+1kg/part sand+1kg/part Kanuma soil+1kg/part peat soil)had the best effect on the seed germination of Aco-nitum naviculare, with the germination rate of 74.94%.
