不同栽培基质对船盔乌头组培苗移栽及种子萌发效果的影响

文章探讨不同栽培基质对船盔乌头组培苗生长情况以及种子萌发的影响.以船盔乌头组培苗和种子作为实验材料,采用自然土、沙子、培养土、鹿沼土、有机肥、泥炭土为栽培基质,设计出8种不同的栽培基质配比方案(T1~T8)进行组培苗移栽实验和种子萌发实验.实验测算了船盔乌头组培苗的各项生长指标及种子的萌发率,讨论在不同混合栽培基质处理下,船盔乌头组培苗的生长情况和种子萌发情况.结果表明:T5处理组(1 kg/份自然土+1 kg/份沙子+1 kg/份鹿沼土+1 kg/份泥炭土)对船盔乌头组培苗生长的促进作用最佳,存活率为86.67%,株高为13.67 cm,根长为3.78 cm,块根直径为2.04 cm;T5处理组(1 kg/份自然土+1kg/份沙子+1 kg/份鹿沼土+1 kg/份泥炭土)对船盔乌头种子萌发的促进作用最佳,萌发率为74.94%.
Effects of different culture substrates on transplanting and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings
To investigate the effects of different culture substrate on the growth and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings.Taking Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings and seeds as experimental ma-terials,eight different culture substrates ratio schemes(T1~T8)were designed for tissue culture seedling transplant-ing experiments and seed germination experiments by using natural soil,sand,culture soil,Kanuma soil,organic fer-tilizer and peat soil as cultivation substrates.The growth indexes and seed germination rate of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings were measured,and the growth and seed germination of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings under treatment of different mixed culture substrates were discussed.The experiment results showed that the T5 treatment group(1kg/part natural soil+1kg/part sand+1kg/part Kanuma soil+1kg/part peat soil)had the best effect on the growth of Aconitum naviculare tissue culture seedlings,with a survival rate of 86.67%,plant height of 13.67cm,the root length of 3.78cm,and the tuberous root diameter of 2.04cm;and the T5 treatment group(1kg/part nat-ural soil+1kg/part sand+1kg/part Kanuma soil+1kg/part peat soil)had the best effect on the seed germination of Aco-nitum naviculare,with the germination rate of 74.94%.
