Countermeasures for improving the popularization ability of science and technolo-gy venues in Xizang and the cultivation of the talents of science popularization
In recent years,the science popularization of science and technology venues in Xizang has made great progress,and the scientific quality of citizens has also been greatly improved.However,there are still many contradic-tions and deficiencies,mainly including that the foundation of science popularization ability is relatively weak,the channels for all sectors of society to participate in science popularization are not smooth enough,the ability to trans-form key hot issues in the process of social development into science popularization resources is very limited,and the structure of the science popularization talent team is not fully matched with the objectives of the actual science popu-larization tasks.These require science and technology venues to be problem-oriented,further strengthen the capacity building of science popularization and the cultivation of science talents,and provide effective support for the better development of science popularization in the new era.By analyzing the current situation of science popularization ability and talent training in Xizang,combined with the needs of some public in science popularization education,this paper points out the shortcomings and influencing factors in science popularization education in Xizang.Based on the practical experience of science popularization in the Xizang Natural Science Museum,this paper focuses on explor-ing the paths and countermeasures for effectively improving the science popularization ability and cultivating the tal-ents of science popularization,so as to provide a reference for promoting the reform and innovation of science popu-larization in Xizang and promoting the coordinated development of science popularization and scientific and techno-logical innovation.
