Analysis of the Compatibility Law of Tibetan Medicine in the treatment of Old Fever Based on the Calculation Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance
Objective To explore the compatibility law of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of old fever.Methods Thirty-one ancient Tibetan medicine books and literature with the theme of old fever were reviewedthe correspond-ing prescriptions recorded were collected and standardized according to the"Tibetan Medicine Crystal Mirror Materia Medica".Then,the sorted data was imported into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform for analysis of drug frequency,association rules,core drugs,and flavor transformation.Results Among the 101 pre-scriptions,there were 204 herbs involved,thirty of which were used more than 15 times.Among the thirty,the top ten drugs ranked in order were Myrobalan,Tabasheer,Saffron,Sandalwood,Phyllanthus emblica,Terminalia chebula,Bezoar,Lagotis yunnanensis,clove,and Swertia.The association rule analysis showed that when the support degree was set to≥0.40 and the confidence level was set to≥0.90,a total of 8 pairs of drug combinations were obtained.Among them,the strongest correlation was found in the combination of Tabasheer and Clove,resulting in 3 groups of core drug combinations,among which the combinations with the highest frequency were Myrobalan,Phyllanthus em-blica,Tabasheer,Saffron,and Rabbit Ear Grass.The six flavors of the drug were mainly bitterness and sweetness,while the bitterness was the main flavor for flavor transformation,and the seventeen effects of Tibetan medicines were the dilution,dullness,and stability.Conclusion Through data mining,it was found that the high-frequency drugs in the composition of the prescription for old feverwere treated with the core pathogenesis elements of"heat,deficiency,and stasis",and the treatment was mainly carried out with heat clearing and detoxification,nourishing seven essences,and activating circulation and removing blood stasis.The drug pairing follows the theory of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of old fever,namely the coordination of the three causes,the dialectical treatment of blood stasis,and the treatment of both symptoms and the root cause,which provided ideas for the treatment of old fever by Tibetan medicine.
