The development of new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and an important focus for pro-moting high-quality development.This paper comprehensively uses literature,logical analysis,case analysis and oth-er methods to deeply explore the meaning,value,opportunities,challenges and paths of new quality productivity to empower the high-quality development of Xizang's sports industry,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practi-cal reference for high-quality development of Xizang's sports industry.The research believes that the value of new quality productivity empowering high-quality development of Xizang's sports industry is reflected in improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of Xizang's sports industry,promoting the innovation ability and com-petitiveness of Xizang's sports industry,and assisting Xizang's sports industry to achieve sustainable development,transformation and upgrading.The challenges are manifested in Xizang's special geographical environment and re-source constraints,the difficulties and risks of technology application and innovation,and the bottlenecks of talent training and industrial chain upgrading.In view of this,it is proposed to strengthen policy guidance and create a good development environment;promote new technologies and new models to enhance industrial innovation capabil-ities;cultivate a talent team and improve the quality of human resources;expand cooperation and exchanges with oth-er regions and seek common development;and increase investment in the sports industry and promote its sustainable development.
