Comparison of affinity of two pollination methods in 15 samples of Brassica campestris L
Rape is an important oil crop, and its pollination method has a great influence on self-inbred affinity. In this study, two pollination methods, namely free pollination and bagging self-pollination,were adopted to analyze the self-inbreeding affinity between yellowseed rape and non-yellowseed rape. The results showed that the average pod-ding rate of yellowseed rape was lower than that of non-yellowseed rape.Except for crude oil 706056,butter No.1 and Gongmai yellow-seeded rapeseed, the number of seeds per fruit of bagging and self-inbred of yellowseed rape was 7.66,and the number of seeds per fruit of free pollination was 10.10.While for the non-yellowseed rape, the num-ber of seeds per fruit of bagging and self-inbred was 2.83,and the number of seeds per fruit of self-pollination was 13.88.The self-inbred affinity index of the tested yellowseed rape materials was generally higher than that of non-yel-lowseed materials, and the difference in self-inbred affinity index between yellowseed rape and non-yellowseed rape was 4.2.This study is of great significance for the improvement and breeding of Brassia campestris L.
