Analysis of 409 cases of cesarean section with fetal distress as indication in the People's Hospital of Lhasa
Objective By analyzing the clinical data of pregnant women who had cesarean section with fetal distress as an indication in the People's Hospital of Lhasa in the recent 3 years,the purpose of the study is to understand the causes of fetal distress in this medical institution,and to prevent the occurrence of fetal distress,so as to reduce the ce-sarean section rate caused by this factor and further improve the quality of maternal and child work.Methods The clinical data of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section with fetal distress as the factor from January 2020 to De-cember 2022 in the People's Hospital of Lhasa were collected for retrospective analysis.Results In the past three years,20.9%of cesarean sections were indicated by fetal distress in the People's Hospital of Lhasa,accounting for the second highest number of overall cesarean sections,which showed an increasing trend year by year.Conclusion It proposed to strengthen the quality of health care for pregnant women during pregnancy in Lhasa,strictly screen high-risk pregnant women and intervene early,further reduce the occurrence of various complications during pregnan-cy,prevent fetal distress before and during delivery,improve the ability of medical staff to interpret fetal heart moni-toring,reduce over-diagnosis,strengthen the perinatal observation and maternal and infant monitoring,so as to achieve the goal of further reducing the rate of cesarean section.
