作为西藏自治区科学技术厅的下属科研事业单位,西藏自治区高原生物研究所重点围绕生物资源与生物安全等领域开展研究,为西藏的四件大事作出了重要贡献.在全面推进科技创新改革的新历史时期,总结和分析研究所取得的科研成果,可为制定合理的研究所发展战略提供重要参考.文章以发文单位(西藏自治区高原生物研究所)为关键词,通过检索中国知网(CNKI)和WEB OF SCIENCE核心数据库中1989-2023年期间收录的相关论文,采用文献计量法分析了该所科研发展阶段、学科类别、研究领域以及论文合著情况,分析结果表明:(1)过去34年该研究所共发表348篇论文,其中中文263篇,英文85篇.(2)根据发文情况,可将研究所的发展划分为四个阶段:起步期(2000年以前)、快速发展期(2001-2009年)、稳定发展期(2010-2016年)和高质量发展期(2017-2023年).(3)该所的研究领域较为广泛,涉及生物学、农业、化工等多个学科,在高原生物多样性与生物安全、遗传信息及系统发育等方面有较为深入的研究.(4)与该所合作密切的共作者机构主要包括中国科学院相关研究所、西藏自治区区外高校以及区内的高校和研究机构,突显了该所科研合作的广泛性和深度.在过去34年间,研究所取得了较为显著的科研成果,但同时面临科研持续产出不足,科研能力较为薄弱,科研人才缺乏等问题.因此,面对新的挑战和机遇,该研究所应当深化高原生物多样性等优势研究主题的研究,提高科研成果的质量和持续性,拓展与国内外科研机构的合作范围.并注重科研成果的实践应用,从而推动西藏地区的科技进步和生物多样性保护.
Bibliometric-based analysis of scientific research output of Institute of Plateau Biology of the Xizang Autonomous Region
As a scientific research institution under the Department of Science and Technology of Xizang Autono-mous Region,the Institute of Plateau Biology of the Xizang Autonomous Region focuses on the fields of biological resources and biosecurity,and has made important contributions to the four major events in Xizang.In the new histor-ical period of comprehensively promoting the reform of scientific and technological innovation,summarizing and ana-lyzing the scientific research achievements of the institute can provide an important reference for formulating a rea-sonable development strategy of the institute.Based on the key words of the institution(the Institute of Plateau Biol-ogy of the Xizang Autonomous Region),this paper searched the relevant papers collected in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the core database of the Web of Science from 1989 to 2023,and analyzed the research development stage,discipline category,research field and co-authorship of the institute by biblimetric meth-od.The analysis results show that:(1)In the past 34 years,the research institute has published a total of 348 papers,including 263 in Chinese core journals and 85 in SCI-indexed journals.(2)According to the publication of the docu-ment,the development of the institute can be divided into four stages,namely the initial period(before 2000),the rap-id development period(2001-2009),the stable development period(2010-2016),and the high-quality develop-ment period(2017-2023).(3)The research fields of the institute are relatively broad,involving biology,agriculture,and chemical engineering and other disciplines,and has in-depth research on plateau biodiversity and biosecurity,ge-netic information,and phylogeny.(4)The co-authors who work closely with the institute mainly include relevant re-search institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences,universities outside the Xizang Autonomous Region,and universi-ties and research institutions within the region,highlighting the breadth and depth of the institute's scientific research cooperation.In the past 34 years,the institute has made remarkable scientific research achievements,but at the same time,it faces problems such as insufficient continuous scientific research output,weak scientific research ability,and lack of scientific research talents.Therefore,in the face of new challenges and opportunities,the institute should deep-en the research on advantageous research topics such as plateau biodiversity,improve the quality and sustainability of scientific research outcomes,and expand the scope of cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific research insti-tutions.It should also focus on the practical application of scientific research results,so as to promote scientific and technological progress and biodiversity conservation in Xizang.
