新时代完善党的自我革命制度规范体系的实践路径

摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央以彻底的自我革命精神深入推进全面从严治党,形成了一整套党自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的制度规范体系.党的自我革命制度规范体系是对党的自我革命展现新气象的创造性探索与战略性成果,是提高党的建设科学化、制度化、规范化水平的应有之义.新时代构建党的自我革命制度规范体系,应当在完善党内法规制度体系,健全党统一领导、全面覆盖、权威高效的监督体系,发挥政治巡视利剑作用上下功夫,为稳步推进党的自我革命、建设长期执政的马克思主义政党提供坚实的制度保障.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Com-mittee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has been pushing forward the Party's comprehensive and strict gover-nance with the spirit of thorough self-revolution,and has formed a complete set of system of institutional norms for the Party's self-purification,self-improvement,and self-renewal.In the new era,the construction of the Party's self-revolution system needs to improve the Party's internal regulations,renovate supervision system with unified leadership,comprehensive coverage and efficiency,and give full play to the role of political inspection,so as to provide a solid institutional guarantee for steadily advancing the Party's self-revolution and constructing a long-governing Marxism party.
