Scientific Connotations and Practical Approaches on Modernization of Social Governance in China's Ethnic Autonomous Areas
Due to multiple specificities of ethnic minority areas,including the particularity of their history,culture,and geographical environment,the ethnicity of social governance,and the differences in their economic and education levels,the modernization of their social governance possesses specific scientific connotations.Therefore,the practice of the modernization of social governance should be based on the specificities of ethnic minority areas in Chinese practices,and should demonstrate Chinese and ethnic characteristics.The practical approaches of the modernization of social governance in ethnic minority areas vary according to local conditions,but their commonalities are as follows:upholding the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the modernization of social governance;building a multi-ethnic co-construction,co-governance,and shared-benefits social governance centered on the people;promoting the construction of the rule of law in social gover-nance.
