Social work stations in Xizang serve as platforms for extending professional services to grass-roots communities,highlighting their professional image in bridging the"last mile"of services for the people.Le-veraging the operational framework on the construction of social work stations in Nyingchi City,this article con-ducts a case analysis from three dimensions:institutional,organizational,and talent development.Based on this analysis,it proposes a path of professional exploration integrating Party building and localization:Party building as the guiding direction,it cultivates professional talent teams,leads the synergistic utilization of the Party and social resources,serves local scenes,thereby charting a path of professional social work station construction suit-able for the situation and characteristics of Xizang.
