Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new concepts,new thoughts,and new strategies on strengthening party building in bor-derland ethnic areas,which profoundly clarified the fundamental principles,goals,observances,value pursuit,main themes and key tasks,and answered the important issues of why and how to strengthen it.Xi Jinping's impor-tant thoughts on strengthening the Party in borderland ethnic areas forms a scientific theoretical system covering important theories on guarantees,goals,strategies,values,mainlines,solid foundations,keys,and supports,which constitutes an integral part of Xi Jinping's important thoughts on strengthening the Party.
