摘要
西藏民主改革口述档案在收集、保管、利用等方面,业已取得一些重要成果.2024年3月开始实施的新《档案法》及其条例,为开发西藏民主改革口述档案,提供了法律依据和新视点.西藏民主改革口述档案开发的逻辑起点以及主旨凸显国家意志、构建国家记忆、赋能思想文化宣传,可以从观念宗旨、空间布局、事件视域、媒介模式、技术创新五个方面提升开发.
Abstract
Important achievements have been achieved in the collection,preservation,and utilization on oral archives of Xizang's democratic reform.The new Law of Archives and its regulations,which has implemented in March 2024,provide legal basis and new perspectives for the development on oral archives.Its logical starting point and main purpose are to highlight the national wills,construct national memories,and empower ideological and cultural communications.Development can be improved from five aspects:conceptual purposes,spatial lay-outs,event horizons,media models,and technological innovations.
