游泳和五味子多糖对CFS大鼠的干预及IFN-γ,IL-4等指标的影响

通过游泳和五味子多糖对大鼠慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)形成的干预作用,检测γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素4(IL-4)等生化指标的变化,探索游泳和五味子多糖对CFS的影响机制,为CFS的预防和康复提供参考依据.实验结果表明:1)慢性束缚可以成功复制CFS大鼠模型,其具有CFS的全部特征;2)30 min,60 min游泳及五味子多糖,特别是30 min游泳和五味子多糖的联合作用可有效预防CFS的发生;3)五味子多糖和30 min,60 min游泳单独作用于大鼠都可以调节IFN-γ的分泌,使IFN-γ/IL-4比率正向变化,恢复大鼠的免疫功能,调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,使大鼠的神经-内分泌-免疫系统恢复稳态,有效预防大鼠CFS的发生.
Influence of swimming and fructus Schisandra Chinensis polysaccharide on the chronic fatigue syndrome, IFN-γ and IL-4 in rat
This experiment of swimming and fructus Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide research on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) in rat can learn the intervention of CFS and the influence of IFN-y and IL-4, it can provide molecular basis for preventing CFS. The results show that: 1) The chronic restraint stress can make the rats get CFS successfully; 2) The 30 min, 60 min swimming and fructus Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide have intervene effect of CFS, especially the 30 min swimming and fructus Schisandra Chinensis polysaccharide can prevent CFS effectively; 3) Both 30 min and 60 min swimming with fructus Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide can adjust rats' IFN-y secretion, make IFN-y/IL-4 rate change forward and prevent the formation of the rats CFS successfully.
