叶片喷施赤霉素对菜用薯产量及品质的影响

选用鄂菜薯2号为试验材料,研究叶面喷施赤霉素对菜用薯产量以及品质的影响.叶面喷施赤霉素试验结果表明,在菜用薯生长前期,能够增加菜用薯地上部分枝数,浓度越大,增幅越明显;在菜用薯整个生育期,能够降低茎的含氮量,而对叶片和茎尖的含氮量没有明显影响;能提高茎尖蔗糖和可溶性糖含量,使菜用薯口感变好,提高可食用部分的品质;另外,还可提高茎尖产量.由此可知,叶面喷施赤霉素不仅能促进分枝,提高产量,还能提高菜用薯可食用部分的品质.
Effects of leaf sprayed with gibberellin on the vegetable sweetpotato yield and quality
The Ecaishu No.2 was selected as the material to research the effects of leaf sprayed with gibberellin on the yield and quality of vegetable sweetpotato.The results showed that at the early stage of the growth,the spraying of gibberellin on the leaf could increase the number of branches in the upper part of the vegetable sweetpotato,the greater the concentration is,the more obvious the increas is.In the whole growth period of vegetable sweetpotato,foliar spraying gibberellin could decrease the nitrogen content of stem,but could not significantly effect on the nitrogen content of leaf and stem.Foliar spray gibberellin could increase the content sucrose and soluble sugar of stem tip,so that it could make the taste of vegetable sweetpotato become better,and improve the quality of its edible part.In addition,foliar spraying gibberellin could increase stem tip yield.Thus,foliar spraying gibberellin could not only promote the branch and improve the yield,but also improve the quality of edible parts of the vegetable sweetpotato.
