摘要
随着全球经济的快速发展和国际贸易的不断扩大,港口作为国际贸易的重要节点和物流枢纽,其开放水平对促进国际贸易和经济增长具有重要意义.运用区位商指数、港口辐射度、港口城市相对集中度指数及港城腹地引力等模型,从港口、港城、腹地多维视角测度淮海经济区港口开放度.研究发现:2000年以来,淮海经济区港口群、连云港港、日照港外向功能量较高,其中日照港居于首位;港城综合开放度不高,开放型经济发展较为缓慢;港城与淮海经济区腹地间经济联系划分为紧密联系、一般联系和松散联系3个层级.从港口资源整合、港产城深度融合、开放平台构建、交通运输网络完善等方面提出对策建议.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous expansion of international trade,ports,as important nodes and logistics hubs in international trade,have a significant level of openness in promoting international trade and economic growth.Using models such as location quotient index,port radiance,relative con-centration index,and port city hinterland gravity,the port openness of Huaihai Economic Zone are measured from a multidimensional perspective of ports,port cities,and hinterland.The research findings indicate that since 2000,the port clusters,Lianyungang and Rizhao ports in Huaihai Economic Zone have exhibited relatively high outward functional capacity.Rizhao Port ranks first among the port groups in Huaihai Economic Zone in terms of outward energy.However,the comprehensive openness of the port city is not high,and the development of an open economy is relatively slow.The economic connection between the port city and the hinterland of Huaihai Economic Zone can be categorized into three levels:close,general,and loose connection.And recommendations are put forward from the integration of port resources,deep integration of port industry and city,construction of open platforms,and im-provement of transportation networks and so on.
