甘薯具有重要的淀粉价值、鲜食价值、菜用价值、观赏价值和药用价值,市场前景广阔.创制甘薯突变体库是进行甘薯种质资源创新及品种改良的有效途径.综述了目前甘薯突变体库构建的主要方法,即理化诱变,以及CRISPR(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)基因编辑的新方法,并结合甘薯突变体库资源现状,对今后的研究进行了展望,以期为甘薯种质资源创制和基因功能研究提供参考.
Research progress of sweetpotato mutant library construction
Sweetpotato possesses important starch,fresh food,vegetable,ornamental and medicinal value,and has broad market prospects.The creation of sweetpotato mutants is an effective approach for both generating germplasm resources and developing new varieties.In this paper,the primary methods for constructing sweetpotato mutant li-braries including physical and chemical mutagenesis,and a new method for CRISPR(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats)gene editing are summarized.Based on the current status of sweetpotato mutant library resources,prospects for future research are proposed,in order to provide references for the creation of sweetpotato germplasm resources and gene function research.
