The ideological and political elements of the"Food chemistry"course are explored to highlight the princi-pal role of curriculum education.The ideological and political elements of the course are not only integrated into the teaching syllabus,course design,and teaching methods,but also permeate the classroom lectures,teaching discus-sions,and experimental practices.The assessment and evaluation system for the course is designed.At the same time,teacher training is strengthened to enhance teachers'curriculum ideological and political teaching abilities.
