区域性中心城市动画产业发展的微观机理——以徐州市为例

摘要
动画产业是区域性中心城市文化传承和创意产业发展的重要抓手.以徐州市典型动画企业为例,对区域性中心城市动画产业的发展过程、阶段特征、产业特征进行梳理,揭示它发展的微观机理.研究发现:区域性中心城市动画产业具有低量高质、相对滞后、立足本土的特色;发展动力具有鲜明的多元性,即多元政策形成成长的转型环境、多样人才形成内生的能动力量、多重联动形成持续发展的市场手段、多维技术形成高质的保障体系.今后,应数量质量并重以优质发展,突破同质化以特色发展,延伸动画衍生产业链以提升发展.
Abstract
Animation industry is an important gripper for the cultural inheritance and creative industry development in regional central cities.Taken typical animation enterprises in Xuzhou city as examples,the development process,stage characteristics,and industrial characteristics of the animation industry in regional central cities are sorted out,and its micro-mechanism is revealed.The research shows that the animation industry in regional central cities has the characteristics of low quantity,but high quality,relatively lagging behind,and being based on local conditions.At the same time,its development momentum has a distinct diversity which includes diversified policies forming a transformation environment for growth,diversified talents forming endogenous dynamic forces,multiple linkage forming a market means of sustainable development,and multi-dimensional technologies forming a high-quality guar-antee system.In the future,it is necessary to prioritize both quantity and quality for high-quality development,break through the homogenization to achieve distinctive development,and extend the animation derivative industry chain to promote the development.
