烯基砜的合成进展

摘要
烯基砜广泛存在于药物活性分子和天然产物中,是各种有机转化的主要分子骨架.探索简便高效的烯基砜合成新方法是有机合成领域的长期目标.近年来,利用亚磺酸钠、磺酰肼、亚磺酸、磺酰氯和DABSO等砜基源在非金属催化、金属催化、光催化和电催化体系中易形成砜自由基的特点,由砜自由基介导的官能化反应合成烯基砜取得了快速的发展.本文介绍近10多年来烯基砜合成的主要方法.
Abstract
Alkenyl sulfones are commonly found in drug active molecules and natural products,serving as the prima-ry molecular framework for various organic transformations.It is a long-term goal in the field of organic synthesis to explore a simple and efficient new method for synthesis of alkenyl sulfones.In recent years,the employment of sul-fonic acid sources,such as sodium sulfinate,sulfonyl hydrazine,sulfonic acid,sulfonyl chloride and DABSO,has led to the generation of sulfone radicals.These radicals have been utilized in non-metal catalysis,metal catalysis,photocatalysis,and electrocatalysis systems.The functionalization reactions mediated by sulfone radicals have rapid-ly advanced the synthesis of allyl sulfones.In this paper,the main synthesis methods for alkenyl sulfones over the past 10 years are introduced.
