Evaluation of green transformation efficiency of resource-based cities in Huaihai Economic Zone
Green transformation and development is an inevitable choice for the transformation of resource-based cit-ies,and improving theefficiency of green transformation is an important means to promote the transformation of re-source-based cities.By taking nine resource-based cities in Huaihai Economic Zone as the research object,an input-output evaluation index system is constructed,and the CCR model and confrontation cross-evaluation model are used to quantitatively analyze the green transformation efficiency of resource-based cities from 2013 to 2020,and analyze its spatial and temporal evolution characteristics.The results show that the transformation efficiency of resource-based cities in Huaihai Economic Zone is on the rise,in terms of spatial evolution,the green transformation efficien-cy of resource-based cities in Anhui Province is the highest,in Jiangsu Province is lower,and in Shandong Province is the lowest.The green transformation efficiency of resource-based cities at different stages of development varies greatly.The average green transformation efficiency of declining cities is higher,the green transformation efficiency of mature cities is poor,and the green transformation efficiency of regenerative cities is the worst.From the per-spective of city types,the gap between green transformation efficiency of coal and non-metal resource-based cities is small.Finally,from the aspects of financial support,industrial structure,science and technology investment,solu-tions and suggestions for the green transformation and development of resource-based cities in Huaihai Economic Zone are put forward.
