高产优质淀粉型甘薯新品种苏薯30的选育及特性分析

为选育高产优质淀粉型甘薯新品种,以南薯99 为母本、浙紫薯1号为父本杂交,采取杂交育种法育成甘薯新品种苏薯 30,对其特征、特性、产量表现、品质性状、抗病性等进行分析.结果表明:苏薯30聚合了双亲的优良性状,淀粉产量较对照苏渝 303增产8.18%,平均薯块淀粉率为19.52%,平均干物率为31.43%,大中薯率为82.6%;干基品质检测显示,可溶性糖质量分数为5.99%,还原性糖为 2.99%,粗蛋白为 7.44%;抗蔓割病,中抗黑斑病和茎线虫病,适宜在江苏及其周边地区推广种植.该品种 2019年通过国家农作物新品种登记(编号为GPD甘薯(2019)320056),2022 年获植物新品种权(CNA20182699.8).
Breeding and characteristic analysis of a new variety of high-yield and high-quality sweetpotato for starch processin of Sushu 30
In order to breeding new varieties of high-yield and high-quality starch-type sweetpotatoes.Using high starch content variety Nanshu 99 as the female parent and Zhezishu 1 as the male parent,a new sweetpotato variety,Sushu 30,bred by hybridization method of breeding.The characteristics,yield performance,quality traits and dis-ease resistance of Sushu 30 were analyzed in this study.The results showed that Sushu 30 obtained the favorable traits of the hybrid parents,the average starch yield of root was 8.18%higher than the Suyu 303(CK),the average starch rate was 19.52%,the dry matter content was 31.43%,and the rate of large and medium tuber was 82.6%.Detection of dry storage-root samples showed that:the soluble sugar content was 5.99%,reducing sugar content was 2.99%,and the crude protein content was 7.44%.Sushu 30 was resistant to vine cutting disease,medium re-sistant to black rot disease and stem nematode.Sushu 30 is suitable for planting in Jiangsu Province and neighboring areas.In2019,Sushu 30 passed the national crop new variety registration(No.GPD Sweetpotato(2019)320056),also obtained plant new variety rights(CNA20182699.8)in 2022.
