Materials related to the"dual carbon"target were collected and the ideological and political elements con-tained in the materials were explored before being effectively integrated into the education and teaching of the"gen-eral ecology"course.The ideological and political education was then well integrated into professional education through instructional design and vivid as well as comprehensive classroom teaching,providing reference for the ideo-logical and political education in ecology courses.
