Analysis on Acupoints Selection Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Nonspecific Low Back Pain Based on Data Mining
Objective:To analyze the acupoints selection rules and characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion for nonspecific low back pain based on data mining.Methods:A comprehensive search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,and Excerpta Medica Database was conducted from January 2014 to February 2024.After screening and normalization of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,data analysis was performed to explore the core acupoints selection and characteristics.Excel 2021 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used to analyze the frequency,frequency statistics and cluster of acupoints.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules and network diagram visualization.Results:A total of 215 articles were included,215 effective prescriptions were extracted,and 59 acupoints were selected.The total frequency of acupoints was 1 577 times.The top 10 acupoints were Weizhong(BL40),Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Ashi acupoint,Yaoyangguan(GV3),Huantiao(GB30),Yaojiaji,Yanglingquan(GB34),Mingmen(GV4)and Chengshan(BL57),with use frequency of 1 198 times in total and accounting for 75.97%of the total.Association rules showed that there was a strong correlation and co-occurrence among Shenshu(BL23)-Weizhong(BL40),Dachangshu(BL25)-Shenshu(BL23)and Weizhong(BL40)-Shenshu(BL23).Cluster analysis suggested the core clusters in the two groups:① Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Weizhong(BL40),Yaoyangguan(GV3),Yaojiaji,and Mingmen(GV4);② Yanglingquan(GB34),Chengshan(BL57),Huantiao(GB30),and Kunlun(BL60).Conclusion:The acupuncture and moxibustion for non-specific low back pain is mainly based on the local acupoints selection and the principles of acupoints selection along the pathway of meridians.Acupoints Weizhong(BL40),Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Ashi acupoint,Yaoyangguan(GB34),etc.can be selected and the core acupoint selection group is Shenshu(BL23)-Weizhong(BL40)-Dachangshu(BL25).
