西藏生态产品是生态资源和人类劳动共同作用下生产的直接或间接满足人民需要的物质产品和生态服务产品的总和,分为生态纯公共产品、生态准公共产品、生态俱乐部产品和生态私人产品.西藏生态产品具有多重价值,其价值在消费过程中转化为经济收入和民生福祉.当前,积极探索西藏生态产品价值实现路径,能够推动生态产品的生态价值、社会价值与经济价值实现的有机统一,对促进西藏地区绿色低碳高质量发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
In the Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR),ecological products are goods and services that are cre-ated in tandem with natural resources and labor in order to either directly or indirectly satisfy the requirements of the populace.Ecological public products,ecological community products,ecological qua-si-public products,and ecological private products are the categories into which it can be separa-ted.TAR's eco-friendly products have several benefits that,when consumed,are converted into fi-nancial gain and the welfare of the populace.The organic unity of realizing the ecological,social,and economic value of ecological products can currently be promoted in TAR by actively pursuing the path of realizing the value of ecological products.This is important for advancing TAR's devel-opment into a green,low-carbon,and high-quality region.
