Efficacy of Yangyin Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoc-tion in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-kidney yin deficiency pattern
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Yangyin Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoc-tion in the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)with lung-kidney yin deficiency pattern.Methods:126 COPD patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,and randomly divided using a random number table method into a control group receiving conventional treatment(63 cases)and an observation group receiving treatment with the Yangyin Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(63 cases).The efficacy,syndrome scores,and serum indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.TCM symptom scores,interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)lev-els were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The use of the Yangyin Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction for COPD is effective,with a significant improvement in symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors in COPD patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
