Objective:To explore the correlation between electrocardiogram QRS wave width and myocardial injury in pa-tients with myocardial infarction. Methods:The clinical data of 131 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were collected.According to the QRS width of electrocardiogram, the patients were divid-ed into an increased QRS width group(QRS width ≥120 ms,72 cases)and a normal QRS width group(QRS width<120 ms,59 cases). The general data,cTnI,CK-MB and Myo levels were compared, and the correlation between QRS wave width of electro-cardiogram and myocardial injury was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The myocardial injury related indexes cTnI,CK-MB and Myo in the increased QRS width group were higher than those in the normal QRS width group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).QRS wave width was posi-tively correlated with cTnI,CK-MB and Myo in patients with myocardial infarction(all P<0.05).Conclusion QRS wave width is closely related to myocardial injury in patients with myocardial infarction, and it is positively correlated with cTnI,CK-MB and Myo levels.Increased QRS wave width may indicate myocardial injury in patients with myocardial infarction.
