Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonic Doppler on the umbilical cord blood flow dynamics of Tibetan fe-tuses in the third trimester.Methods:A total of 69 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Group A(28～31+6 weeks of gestation),group B(32～35+6 weeks of gestation)and group C(36～40 weeks of gestation).The pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)and systolic/diastolic veloc-ity ratio(S/D)of fetal umbilical artery were collected by the automatic measurement function of color Doppler ultrasound system.Results:PI:group A 1.17±0.13,group B 1.04±0.14,group C 0.96±0.15;RI:0.67±0.06,0.63±0.05 and 0.60±0.06;RI:3.10±0.52,2.87±0.51 and 2.53±0.40;PI,RI and S/D were statistically different among different gestational weeks,and showed a downward trend with the increase of gestational weeks.Conclusions:The umbilical cord placental circulation resistance of nor-mal pregnant women in plateau area(＞3000 m)gradually decreases with the increase of gestational age,and the umbilical artery PI,RI and S/D in the third trimester are higher than those in plain area.
