Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in operating room on short-term recovery and complica-tions of patients with vaginal uterine prolapse.Methods:A total of 76 patients who underwent vaginal uterine prolapse in the hos-pital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group used routine care.The observation group used routine+operating room quality nursing.The short-term recovery time,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The short-term re-covery index time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the pain scores of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was(2.17±0.31)points,and the control group was(3.25±0.42)points(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(5.26％)was significantly higher than that in the control group(21.05％)(0.042).Conclusions:Operating room quality nursing can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients with vaginal uterine prolapse,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the short-term recovery of patients.
