Effect of whole-process management continuous nursing model on the maintenance sta-tus and complications in patients with breast cancer receiving chest wall infusion port
Objective:To observe the effect of continuous nursing with whole-course management model on the mainte-nance of chest wall infusion port in breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 89 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and all of them were implanted with chest wall infusion ports.A total of 44 patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in the control group,and routine mode intervention was adopted.A total of 45 patients admitted from January 2022 to December 2022 were included in the observation group,and the model whole-process management continuous nursing model was adopted.The maintenance status and quality of life were com-pared between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention,and the incidence of complications during the intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of maintenances and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sions:Whole-process management and continuous nursing can improve the maintenance of chest wall infusion port and the quality of life of breast cancer patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
