Objective:Objective:To explore the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Method:Seventy-four patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected.All of the patients were divided into observation group(routine nursing)and control group(rou-tine nursing and perioperative comprehensive nursing)by random number table,with 37 cases in each group.The recovery,neg-ative emotion,anxiety,depression and sleep were compared.Results:The time of out-of-bed activity,exhaust time and hospi-talization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxieties,depression and sleep index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the ratio of positive and negative emotions was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.001).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing can improve the anxiety,depression,negative emotions and sleep quality of patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy,and can shorten the postoperative recovery time.
