Objective To use quality management tools to promote the priority and rational use of national centralized procure-ment of drugs.Methods The period from January 2021 to December 2021 was selected as the control stage with conventional quali-ty management,and the period from January 2022 to December 2022 was selected as the observation stage with quality management tools.In both stages,the national centralized drug procurement program was implemented,and 30 drugs were randomly selected ac-cording to the hospital's HIS system to analyze the price reduction of drugs in the two stages.In the two stages,a group of 40 medi-cal workers were selected as the control group and the observation group to compare their understanding of the national drug pro-curement policy and reasonable satisfaction with drug use.Results The prices of 30 kinds of drugs were generally decreased during the observation period.The understanding rate of the relevant issues of the national drug procurement policy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the reasonable satisfaction rate of drug use was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The use of quality management tools can promote the rational use of national centralized procurement drugs.
