Objective To explore the influence of super-lubrication three-cavity catheter on the comfort experience in patients with brachytherapy of advanced cervical cancer.Methods 110 patients with advanced cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 55 cas-es in each group.the control group was treated with conventional three-cavity catheter for urinary catheterization,and the observa-tion group was given super-lubrication three-cavity catheter for urinary catheterization.The incidence of adverse events after cathe-terization was observed.Urethral pain degree[Visual analogue Scale(VAS)]and comfort level[Cervical Cancer retrofitting patients Comfort Scale].Results After urinary catheterization,the incidence rates of adverse events and VAS score in observation group were lower than those in control group while the comfort level was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced cervical cancer,the application of superlubricated three-cavity catheter can reduce the incidence of urethral pain irrita-tion and adverse nursing events,and improve the comfort experience of patients.
