Objective To analyze the effect of nurse level responsibility management mode on postoperative pain in patients with abdominal incisional hernia. Methods A total of 102 patients with abdominal incisional hernia were selected from June 2022 to June 2023 in our hospital.A total of 49 patients from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 53 pa-tients from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing manage-ment,and the observation group was treated with the nurse level responsibility management mode. The differences in postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 6h,12h and 24h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization and feeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the con-trol group, and the recurrence cases 3 months after surgery were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfac-tion of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nurse level responsi-bility management mode can reduce the postoperative pain of incisional hernia patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and improve the overall nursing level.
