Objective To investigate the prognostic value of platelet count,D-dimer and coagulation in patients with craniocere-bral trauma. Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were collected.According to the prognosis, the patients were divided into good group(68 cases)and poor group(21 cases).General data, platelet count,D-dimer,PT,APTT,TT,FIB were compared. The predictive value of platelet count,D-dimer,PT,APTT,TT and FIB in patients with craniocerebral trauma was analyzed by area under receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)(AUC).Results There were no significant differences in gender, age, body mass index, smoking, hypertension and diabetes between the two groups(P>0.05).The platelet count and FIB of the poor group were lower than those of the good group, and the D-dimer,PT,APTT and TT of the poor group were higher than those of the good group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Platelet count,D-dimer and coagulation had good predictive value for the prognosis of patients with cranial trauma, and the sensitivity and specificity were better than that of a single index.AUC was 0.968,sensitivity was 0.857,and specificity was 0.985.The predicted thresholds for platelet count,D-dimer and coagulation were 189.080×109/L,0.795mg/L,13.610s,31.475s,15.840s and 2.980g/L,re-spectively.Conclusion Platelet count,D-dimer and coagulation have good prognostic value for patients with craniocerebral trauma, and can be used as prognostic factors for patients with craniocerebral trauma.
