Objective To analyze the function of serum C-reactiveprotein(CRP),lipase(LIP)combined with amylase(AMY)in the early diagnosis of Acutepancreatitis(AP).Methods 83 AP patients treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects(observation group),another 35 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of CRP,LIP and AMY were compared between the two groups;the diagnostic efficacy and positive and negative predictive values of serum CRP,LIP and AMY alone dectction and com-bined dectction were analyzed. Results The serum levels of CRP,LIP and AMY in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of serum CRP,LIP and AMY combined detection were 90.00%,78.79%and 85.54%,respectively,which were higher than that of serum CRP,LIP and AMY alone detetion;the positive and negative predictive values of serum CRP,LIP and AMY combined detection were 86.54%and 83.87%,respectively,which were higher than those of serum CRP,LIP and AMY alone detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CRP,LIP and AMY has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of AP patients, and can provide an important direction for the development of AP patients, and can be a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of AP patients.
