Application of ultrasound-guided bilateral transverse abdominis plane block com-bined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic Hysterectomy
Objective To observe the application effect of ultrasound-guided bilateral transverse abdominis plane block com-bined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected.According to the anesthesia method, they were divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(55 cases). The control group received simple general anesthesia, and the observation group received ultrasound guided bilateral lateral transverse muscle plane nerve block on the basis of the control group. The stress response, hemodynamic indexes and anesthesia quality were compared between the two groups when entering an-esthesia room(T0),beginning of anesthesia induction(T1),tracheal intubation(T2),beginning of surgery(T3),end of surgery(T4).Results There were no significant differences in stress response and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups in T0,T1 and T2(P>0.05),and the stress response and hemodynamic indexes in T3 and T4 groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The anesthetic quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided bilateral transverse abdominis plane block combined with general anesthesia has a little influence on stress reactions and he-modynamics indicators in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy, and the anesthesia quality is relatively better.
