Objective To investigate the clinical application of pure single-port laparoscopic distal gastric cancer therapy in pa-tients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 85 patients with gastric cancer were selected from June 2018 to June 2021.By retro-spective analysis,the patients were divided into the single-hole group(n=31)and the multi-hole group(n=54).The single-hole group was treated with simple laparoscopic radical resection of distal gastric cancer,while the multi-hole group was treated with conven-tional 5-hole laparoscopic radical resection of distal gastric cancer.The changes of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,first anal exhaust time,hospital stay,postoperative complication rate and inflammation indexes before and after operation were observed.Results The operative time in the single-hole group was higher than that in the multi-hole group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that in the multi-hole group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in length of hospital stay and first anal exhaust phase between the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of C-reactiveprot-ein(CRP)and interleukin6(IL-6)in the single-well group were significantly lower than those in the porous group at 1 day and 3 days after surgery(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of early gastric cancer,pure single-port laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gas-tric cancer has less blood loss and lower short-term inflammatory response.
