Objective To analyze the application value of improved posture nursing in neonates with pneumonia. Methods 80 ne-onates with pneumonia who were admitted to the Neonatal Department of Hui'an County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from Mar 2021 to October 2021 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine posture nursing, while the observation group was given improved pos-ture nursing. The improvement efficiency of clinical symptoms and physiological indexes(heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(R),blood oxygen saturation(Sp02))of the two groups were analyzed. Results The improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 90.00%in the observation group and 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,HR(123.41±13.57)times/min and R(41.77±4.25)times/min in the observation group were(123.41±13.57)times/min and R(41.77±4.25)times/min in the control group were(135.77±14.29)times/min and R(46.89±4.72)times/min,SpO2(0.97±0.02)%,control group(0.92±0.04)%(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of postural improved nursing in neonatal pneumonia can obviously improve the physiological in-dexes and clinical symptoms of the children, and it is worthy of clinical practice.
